The standard range of protective bellows is available in 35, 50, 70 and 100mm diameters. It is important to understand that the bellows diameter shown is the diameter of the tube.
We are working to expand the range to larger diameters.
One Size, One Adapter
We have imagined a modular solution to meet the different equipments sizes in order to guarantee controlled sealing.
The foam adapter allows an easy installation of the bellows. It meets the same resistance characteristics as the bellows part. Standard thickness is 15mm. We can reduce the thickness on case-to-case.
A custom-made mounting plate is also available with a minimum height of 4mm for space-saving installations.
Pollution stays outside
By default, our protective bellows are equipped with ventilation eyelets to ensure good air circulation. The stainless steel mesh limits the entry of external contamination.
Depending on the need, solutions with a higher filtration power can be equipped.

What attacks does an Hatch bellows protect against?
Hatch protective bellows are designed to isolate the mechanical component from the outside . Folding technology provides the best compromise between rigidity and shock absorption .
In the case of application of the protection of a cylinder . The protective bellows isolates the stem and the seals from the working environment from the following attacks:
- Tuning Machines: Scratches, Shocks
- Environmental: Staking, Ultraviolet, Dust, Sap
- Chemicals: Solvents, Oils, Hydrocarbons
Range or made-to-measure?
We offer two options:
- The EPBL range includes standardized bellows. The stroke varies with a step of 100mm. The primary diameters are 35, 50, 70 and 100mm. The possibilities of diameters are extended thanks to the fixing adapters.
How to install a bellows?
Traditionally, the installation of a protective boot can be a tedious task requiring the use of tools such as a hydraulic clamp or an expansion cone.
We have redesigned the installation so that it can be done by anyone without specific tools.
