Refunds

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

Returns are accepted only after prior contact (by telephone or e-mail) with our Customer Service ( contact@eclore-actuators.com ) and receipt of prior agreement. New products are refunded within 8 days after receipt at our premises.

  • These refunds are made excluding postage and packaging if the return follows a customer choice. The return is then the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are inclusive of shipping and packaging if Eclore Actuators is the cause (shipping error or poor workmanship). In the event of liability on the part of Eclore Actuators, a return slip may be sent to the customer for deposit of the package by them at the post office.
  • Eclore actuators cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer or the carrier.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@eclore-actuators.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these matters on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
