Deliveries & Returns

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

The standard shipping method is by La Poste and includes tracking, with mailbox delivery or hand delivery, without signature.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

All shipping conditions are calculated automatically based on the products included in each order and the shipping address. The customer always has the possibility to choose the transport methods before the final validation and payment of his order.

Returns are accepted only after prior contact (by telephone or e-mail) with our Customer Service and receipt of prior agreement. New products are refunded within 8 days.
