Features of an Eclore protection kit for SCARA robot
SCARA Eclore robot protection kits are specially designed to provide optimum protection for SCARA robots. They completely enclose the upper and lower parts, including the vertical screw.
Made from Nylon-12 for extra strength, these kits are equipped with pneumatic fittings in the upper part, allowing air ducts and/or electrical cables to pass through the screw. The lower part is protected by an Eclore origami bellows, renowned for its strength and flexibility.
Easy to install on the robot's existing mounting points, these kits include all the fixings needed for fast, efficient installation.

Eclore protective bellow for SCARA robots
The Eclore folded bellows is the centrepiece of the SCARA robot protection kit. It is the strongest protective bellows on the market, with a lifespan up to 5 times longer than standard bellows. Its one-piece construction (no welding or gluing) guarantees a perfect, long-lasting seal.
Suitable for the most demanding environments, thanks to its polymer composition, it also complies with FDA standards.
SCARA robot protection kits are designed for rapid bellow replacement.

Is your robot already equipped with bellows?
We can adapt to your fixations to supply only the Eclore bellows for the top and bottom sections.
Rotational sealing
A sealed bearing is included in the kit to ensure that the bellows operate correctly.
Assembly is carried out at the manufacturer's flange.
Sealing is provided by a Nilos seal and a flat gasket.
Custom network routing
By default, 3 6mm Push&Connect connectors are installed to pass your pneumatic networks.
The component can be dismantled for easy installation of the networks through the SCARA robot screw.
This component can be customised to suit your needs on request.
Exhaust control
An 8mm Push&Connect air intake is provided to ensure that the bellows operate correctly and to contain any contamination emanating from the SCARA robot in the production environment.
FAQs about our SCARA robot protection kit
Why install a SCARA protection kit ?
Installing a protection kit on a SCARA robot is essential to extend its life and ensure optimum performance.
The kit protects the robot's critical components from dust, debris, oil and other contaminants that could cause premature failure or breakdown.
As well as improving reliability, it reduces maintenance requirements and minimises production downtime.
If you work in a demanding environment, such as the food or pharmaceutical industries, an FDA-compliant kit also ensures hygiene and easy high-pressure cleaning.
How long does it take to install a SCARA protection kit ?
Installation of our SCARA robot protection kit is quick and simple, taking just 30 minutes on average.
Thanks to the included connections and a design that fits perfectly into the robot's existing mounting points, installation is easy and requires no complex modifications.
This allows you to minimise production downtime and get the robot up and running again quickly.
Which stroke will I lose by installing a SCARA protection kit ?
Installing a protection kit for a SCARA robot means minimal loss of stroke.
Thanks to its optimised design, our kit is designed to minimise the impact on the robot's range of movement. The loss of stroke depends on the model and diameter of the kit, but is negligible compared with the benefits in terms of protection, durability and reduced maintenance costs.
Our protections are specially designed to ensure maximum performance while maintaining optimum flexibility.
